Content：
Allows the elderlies not only learn table tennis skills, but also to kill time and keep fit. During the exercise, it focuses on training waist strength and hand-eye coordination. It is a very suitable sport for the elderlies to participate. Through activities, seniors with motivation and potential are discovered and invited to join the table tennis team of the Centre to participate in future training activities.
